Saturday’s workout:

Warm-up:
Practice Turkish Getups for 5 minutes. Set a timer for 5 minutes. Don’t count reps, take as many rest periods as necessary. Do each rep perfectly. Don’t rush.
Workout:
10 ROUNDS OF…
20 snatches or 1-arm swings
Jog 200 yards (or, .12 miles)
Cooldown by walking, stretching and then get a post-workout snack with 30-40grams of carbohydrate within 45 minutes of your last rep.
