New group kettlebell fitness training hours:
Monday-Friday: 12 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday: 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. (gym is open from 5-9 p.m.)
Wednesday: 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 12 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. (beginner) 10 a.m. (advanced). Open gym 5-9 p.m.
Sunday: 9 a.m. (beginner) 10 a.m. (advanced)
