Today’s workout:

Warm-up:

10 minutes of halos, lockout walks and wall squats.

Workout:

10 rounds of…

20 snatches (10L/10R) – Men 24kg, women 16kg.*

jog 200 yards.

*If your hands start to take too much of a beating, switch to swings. Raise the weight, or double the reps.
