Small Group Training
If you are training for martial arts, public safety testing, fat loss or outdoor adventure sports, this is for you.
It is hard, but anyone can do it. If you can lift a grocery bag from a shopping cart, you are ready for this course.
Workouts are adjusted to your level of fitness. Progress and work at your own pace, in a supportive, absolutely-positive environment.
Class size is limited to ensure safety and proper supervision.
